You must be at least 18 years of age in order to purchase any age restricted products displayed on this website. We are legally obliged to verify your age prior to dispatch. We have integrated OneID® into our website checkout as the most straight-forward method of age verification. OneID® helps you connect to your bank so that you can use that information to verify your details in a fast, secure and seamless way. Instead of uploading documents or taking selfies to provide your age verification, it only takes a few clicks to confirm your name, age, address or any information you need.
Should you wish to by-pass OneID® at checkout, we will request an alternative means of verifying your age, most commonly a form of photo ID such as a driver’s licence and a valid passport.

Our couriers are legally obliged to verify the age of the recipient at point of delivery. All age-restricted items are marked as such and dispatch through DPD, and you must be able to produce photographic identification proving the recipient / purchaser is over 18 years of age. Because of this, the courier will not be able to leave your order in a safe place or with a neighbour if age verification is not completed. They are also unable to leave your parcel at a Post Office.
