Alecook

Alecook is a leading Spanish company, in the production and distribution of wood fired ovens, particularly pizza ovens. Since mastering their art in making pizza ovens, they have created other products made with the same durability. These include their thermal clay cooking trays, chicken roasters and stew pots. The cookware products are primarily made from high-quality refractory clay also known as Pereruela mud. Their products are handmade and undergo a double firing process at temperatures around 1100°C (2012°F) to increase their resistance to thermal and mechanical shock.
