An indispensable versatile carbon steel pan, perfect for frying eggs, pancakes or one-pot dishes, but also ideal for everyday meals and meat.
Meat gets a nice crispy crust by frying in these pans. The Forged Frying Pan from the Forged Essentials series is made of 3 mm thick carbon steel, hand-forged and suitable for all hobs including induction, oven, open fire and BBQ. Sustainable and PFAS-free, with a natural coating that you create yourself, which we also call "seasoning". This provides a kind of natural non-stick layer and prevents rust in many cases. This pan will last a lifetime.
We have two types of pans in our range, namely with 1 handle and with two handles. Both types are available in both ø24 and ø28 cm.
